You’ll still get our standard upfront quote before any work begins. Many smaller jobs - a single roller replacement, a safety sensor realignment, a remote programming - run under that threshold. We don’t upsell to hit a discount minimum. If the fix is simple, we say so.

Is the $89 tune-up just a quick visual check?
No. We spend 45 minutes to an hour on a typical tune-up. Lubrication, balance testing, force settings, hardware torque, cable and spring inspection. We’ve found cracked springs during tune-ups that the homeowner hadn’t noticed yet, and loose bottom brackets that would’ve dropped the door within weeks.
